Precision Tooling for Perforated Metal

In our business tooling is everything. The perforating process starts by designing and machining precision tools to exacting tolerances. All of our tooling is done in house on sophisticated CNC machinery. We design and machine precision tools to create standard and special hole sizes from 0.045” to 4.0” diameters as well slotted, square and hexagonal perforations.
We have the capability to program our presses to create blank areas, custom logos and designs within perforated areas, finished end patterns, and place locator holes, using custom AutoCAD designs directly from your emailed files. These capabilities allow us to produce a multitude of designs and eliminate subsequent production processes, offering you considerable potential cost savings.

We maintain an immense tooling library, more than 2,000, of ready-to-run tooling patterns right in our plant. If we don’t have the pattern you’re looking for on-hand, we’re happy to build a custom tool for the job in our on-site tooling department.

Because flatness is critical to many applications, we have purchased two new Herr-Voss leveling systems to ensure we provide the best possible perforated components for use in computer server cabinets and other applications.
